Cristiano Ronaldo is the prime example of a true athlete. He is a clinical goalscorer (scoring all types of goals), skilful, strong, deadly in the air, a brilliant penalty-taker, a great leader and was a very good free-kick taker. After winning 3 Premier League titles, a Champions League title and an FA Cup with United, he moved to Real Madrid for a world record fee and that is where he took his game to another level. He led them to 2 La Liga titles, 2 Copa del Reys, 3 Club World Cups and 4 Champions League titles. Whilst at Real Madrid, he scored an insane total of 450 goals and registered 132 assists in 438 matches. This includes 311 goals in 292 La Liga matches with a ridiculous goals-to-game ratio of 1.07. Ronaldo has proved it everywhere that he has gone; that’s four of the top 6 European leagues. Furthermore, he has won 2 Serie A titles since arriving at Juventus. Ronaldo is the all-time top goalscorer in Champions League history ahead of Lionel Messi in second. In 2016, Ronaldo won the European Championships with Portugal. Finally, CR7 is closing in on Ali Daei’s record international goal tally and is already the record goalscorer in European Championship qualifying.
